Registration costs
Full pass: | $140 | This gets you in to all events over the weekend (except the hot pools – separate registration required, see below). |
Parent pass: | $160 | We know it can be tough if you’ve got little ones but you both wanna dance. You can share this pass with another parent and take turns attending the evening events, plus both (and kids) attend the daytime events. |
Individual events: | Price variable | Tickets for individual events will be available for all events where venue capacity has not yet been reached. These will be available from the start of March, following the close of full registrations. For prices, check out the details on the page for each individual event. |
Hot pools: | Refer to link | Hot pool passes can be bought via the He Puna Taimoana website, here. Tickets are available for this date (2nd of April, 10 am session) now, so we encourage you to book ASAP as places for this are limited (and outside of our control as this is a council run facility). |
Registration closes: at the end of February for full or parent passes. But we encourage you to sign up early – the more confirmed attendees we have, the more extra stuff we can add to make the weekend even more fun!
Special consideration: We do our best to keep the pass prices as low as they can be while achieving so much awesome,, but we know times have been tough for some of late, and we would hate to find out that someone couldn’t come have fun with us solely for reasons of cost. Refunds and cancellation policy:
We have kept our cancellations policy as relaxed as we can, because we want people to feel able to not come and share their bugs if they get sick! Or, if you hurt yourself, we want you to be able to rest! Please don’t take advantage of this policy – Swingtown Rebels is committing a lot of money and time to run this event and it makes it a lot easier if we have good registration numbers for the event. We also base spending decisions around registration numbers so, if you need to have any changes to your registration, please try to give us as much notice as possible.
– If PCX2023 has to be cancelled due to events outside our control (e.g. natural disaster, Covid, etc.), we will contact you to arrange a refund of your registration fees. Unfortunately, any travel costs can not be covered, and we encourage you to take out travel insurance if this is a concern.
– If you need to cancel your registration due to illness or injury, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person. Or, if that isn’t possible, can you please give us as much notice as possible, and we will arrange for a refund, less the booking fee of 3% and the door costs for any events already attended.
– If you need to cancel your registration for other reasons, up until the end of February we will give a full refund (less 3% booking fee) and then from March we will be able to refund 50%.
– We reserve the right to alter or cancel one or more of the individual events if needed (for reasons of band illness, venue unavailability, etc.). If this occurs, we will endeavour to find alternate arrangements that are as similar as possible to the advertised event, but if nothing can be arranged with the available notice period then an individual event may be cancelled without any refund to pass holders (relevant individual event ticket holders may be refunded).
